The Fuji electric 2SK2082 is a high voltage N-channel Mosfet in the plastic TO-3P package. 

Rated at 150W, 900V, 9A with low Vds On of 1.4Ω. 

Used in power switching applications, e.g. switched-mode power supplies and converters.
